ABOUT THE PROGRAM
About Katherine
Katherine started riding at the age of 3 and never stopped, the love of horsey is something that drives her every day. While growing up in the Lodi, CA she started in Untied States Pony Club and reached the B level. While also following her passion in eventing through the Preliminary Level. Looking for a change that suited her current horse Kathernine switch to Jumpers and never looked back with the love of the style and perfection of hunters, and horsemanship of Eq. Competing in All 3 rings was what she was meant to do. With many Wins in the performance hunters and Eq. and under the watch full eye of Carol Wright and Jackie McRea, Christiane Noelting, Katherine broke out on her own and continued success in all areas.
TRAINING PROGRAM
Full training 5 days a week
This option is designed for clients that want to compete or progress their horses toward competition. All lessons and training rides are included for one monthly price. This is an excellent and cost effective option to ensure horses are kept properly schooled and fit.
$625 a month
Half training 2 lessons and 1training ride a week
$425 a month
Horse Show Fees:
Show Fee- $100 day for horses in training, $120 for horses not in training
Set-Up Fee- $50 per show
Misc. Expenses- Supplies $20, Bute $10, Travel is split and depends on location
Feed, Bedding and Tack Stalls are Split
Grooming- $425 per week
Silver Fern Sport Horses can accommodate horses of varied ages, disciplines and levels of training. From developing young horses to preparing horses for competition in hunters, equitation, show jumping and eventing we strive to offer a la carte as well as full training options for every budget and goal. We are pleased to represent both Silver Fern Sport Horses and client owned horses. While sport horses and ponies are our focus we are happy to discuss your sales and purchasing needs. Utilizing a wide range of contacts to buy and sell horses into the perfect situation is what we strive to accomplish . Each sale is important and creating appropriate matches that will be successful and rewarding for both horse and owner is always the goal. Lesson Program
At Silver Fern Sport Horses welcome riders age three and up learn to be careful and respectful with horses, and at the same time, take charge and be a leader. We feel that consistent riding lessons builds confidence, strength and skills.
Beginner lessons include 15 minutes of grooming and tacking up, 30 minutes of riding and 15 minutes of untacking and putting away their horse. Intermediate and Advanced riders will ride for a full hour and be responsible for tacking up and untacking their horse on their own.
Private Lessons - $85 each or $75 each in a package of 4 or more
Group Lessons - $75each or $65each in a package of 4 or more
Two privates per week - $480 per month
Two groups per week - $380per month
Pony Time is for our youngest riders who might not last a full hour. It is a 30 minute pony playtime to groom, ride or just play with real ponies.

We do offer lessons through many charter schools. To find out if we are a vendor for your school, you can contact us or your school.
Charter School Lessons- $65 each
Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice to NOT be charged for your cancelled lesson. No shows will be charged the full amount.
Lesson Payment Policy: Lessons are to be paid for on the day of your lesson in cash or by check made out to SFSH or Kathernine Fooy.
Package Payment Policy: Packages will be billed via email between the 1st and 5th of the month. Payments are due upon receipt, deemed late 3 days after the payment is sent and subject to a $25 late fee, plus $2 a day thereafter. No lessons will be given until your late payment is received.
